Fischl is one of the most iconic character in Genshin Impact with her chuuni vibe and her always so formal companion, Ozwaldo or simply Oz. In your party, Fischl can take role as main dps (mostly physical) and sub off field dps (electro).
Few days ago irvgame already cover Fischl Physical Build, and today we are gonna talk about Fischl Electro Build which mostly used as sub dps, off field dps, or whatever you want to call it.
After dendro release, all electro character including Fischl get hyped again. For her especially, she gain solid role as electro sub dps in the party.
Talent and Gameplay
As I said before, fischl electro build mostly work off field. What you have to do is just summon Oz then switch to your main dps, and later switch again to fischl to pop her burst and re-summon Oz, rinse and repeat. You won’t do any normal attack so you can ignore Normal ATK level talent completely.
Elemental skill used to summon Oz so it’s your highest priority, and last elemental burst is used to quick applying electro to enemy and summon or extend Oz duration, so time your burst properly

Electro Fischl Best Weapons
Here’s all recommended weapon for fischl electro build:
5 star weapon with CRIT Rate% and CRIT DMG% is recommended to use. Elegy of the End with Energy Recaharge% substats also recommended if you are going to use Fischl for party with elemental reactions team like Aggravate.
For 4 star, you have 3 choices between Alley Hunter with it’s ATK substats, The Stringless with it’s EM substats and effect to increase emental skill and burst DMG, and The Viridescent Hunt which unfortunatly locked behund premium battle pass.
There’s actually some other weapon like Prototype Crescent but considering it’s require you to hit enemy weakspot to triggers passive, it’s not recommended to electro sub dps fischl that mostly only appear on the field to summon Oz then switch back to other character.
Electro Fischl Artifacts Set
For artifacts, you have choices between 3 set: Thundering Fury. Thundersoother, and newly released Gilded Dreams
Before dendro arrival, 4 piece Thundering Fury was a big big no for electro build. But now it’s her best artifact, boosting overall DMG and other effect to decrease Elemental Skill CD which is her highest talent priority.
|4 Thundering Fury
|(2) Electro DMG Bonus +15%
(4) Increases DMG caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom by 40%, and the DMG Bonus conferred by Aggravate is increased by 20%. When Quicken or the aforementioned Elemental Reactions are triggered, Elemental Skill CD is decreased by 1s. Can only occur once every 0.8s.
In Aggravate team you will need to keep electro uptime 100%, making 4 set Thundersoother effect always active.
|(2) Electro RES increased by 40%.
(4) Increases DMG against opponents affected by Electro by 35%.
4 set of newly released Gilded Dreams also a good choice for electro fischl:
|4 Gilded Dreams
|(2) Elemental Mastery +80
(4) Within 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members, ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for every party member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the aforementioned buffs will count up to 3 characters. This effect can be triggered once every 8s. The character who equips this can still trigger its effects when not on the field.
Alternative for 3 sets above. You can mix and match 2 Thundering Fury with any 2 set artifact with +18 ATK bonus.

Aggravate Team for Fischl
We are talking specifically about aggravate team right now because it’s currently one of the best team to dish out electro fischl potential.
For aggravate team, 2 slot will be filled by electro characters. First slot is for electro main dps like Cyno and Keqing, second slot is for fischl as sub dps, third slot is for any dendro character, and fourth slot depend on what character you want.
You can put Zhongli for his shield, healer, or anemo swirl support like Venti, Kazuha, or Sucrose.
For example, this is my current aggravate team with keqing as electro main dps, fischl as electro sub dps, nahida as dendro support, and kazuha to gather enemy and swirl around.
You can also change them with other character you like, for example I replace Nahida with newly released character: Kirara.
