Faruzan is must have character in your roster if you plan to create team focus on anemo damage. She is anemo support with anemo buff and anemo resistance shred capability. You can use her as support for Anemo dps character like Scaramouche a.k.a The Wanderer and One Punch Shikanoin Heizou.
Faruzan have quite high Energy requirement, so either you choose to get weapon or Sand with Energy Recharge. For talent priority, go for Burst > Skill > Normal Attack. You will only use charged attack to get energy particles for her.

Weapons
Most recommended bow for her is Elegy for the End for it’s extra buff or Favonius Warbow for energy regeneration capability. Other than that, you can go for any other Energy Recharge bow provided below:
Artifacts
Best choice for artifacts is Viridescent Venerer for it’s elemental res decrease or Noblesse for ATK buff.

Best Team for Faruzan?
Faruzan is character specifically created as support for anemo dps with her anemo buff and shred res.
Currently we only have 3 reliable anemo damage dealer: Xiao, The Wanderer, and Shikanoin Heizou so Faruzan team will be revolving around them. First slot filled by dps, second slot with Faruzan.
Third and fourth slot is depend on your account. You can go with third anemo like Kazuha or Sucrose for extra elemental particles, and healer or shield for the last slot.
For Heizou case especially, you will need shield considering that he have lower HP than most dps characters to keep him safe and to prevent interruption. I’m currently running Heizou with Thoma for Heizou Fire Bender Team.
