The Bell is 4 star claymore with HP substats. Obtainable from wish, this weapon is one of the worst weapon in Genshin Impact. It’s have HP substats and we don’t have any HP scaling claymore character until Dori appeared.

Taking DMG generates a shield which absorbs DMG up to 20/23/26/29/32% of max HP. This shield lasts for 10s or until broken, and can only be triggered once every 45s. While protected by the shield, the character gains 12/15/18/21/24% increased DMG.

Who is The Bell Good For?
For it’s HP substats, we only have 1 character that can use it: Dori, and it’s not even her best weapon. Other character coming soon I hope, Freminet seem wielding The Bell in the fountaine trailer.
