A Secret Vow

A Secret Vow is a 4 star Light Cone of The Destruction path. This light artwork featuring head of Herta Space Station security departement, Arlan who is alsoplayable 4 star character.

This light cone is custom made for Arlan, but I doubt other destruction character gonna used it considering the damage increase only occur when enemy have higher HP than character with this light cone.

Spare No Effort – Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 20/25/30/35/40%. The wearer also deals an extra 20/25/30/35/40% of DMG to enemies with a higher HP percentage than the wearer.

Light Cone Description

The boy would always make sure that his gloves and elbow guards were in good shape before leaving.
He treasured his gloves more than anything because they were tight enough to hide secrets.
With this layer of protection, no one could see the bandages on his hand and the wound beneath them.
He would be treated as if he was normal, and he would be greeted just like everyone else.
